As a Commercial Insurance Agent, Frances works with business owners across a wide range of industries, helping them protect what they have built or are building. She provides coverage across all major commercial lines, including property, multifamily, commercial auto, general liability, workers’ compensation, and specialty coverages.
What sets Frances apart is a focus on education, transparency, and proactive service with a consultative, hands-on approach serving as a trusted advisor, not just a policy provider, ensuring her clients feel informed and protected. She is proud to build lasting relationships rooted in trust, integrity, communication, and cultural understanding.
Outside of work, Frances enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She is heavily involved in the community (Church & nonprofit organizations). She has a true heart for service and finds purpose in helping others thrive, both personally and professionally.
Hello, my name is Julio Gonzalez. I became an insurance agent because I wanted to help people navigate tricky policies and provide my clients with peace of mind. I believe all policyholders should be aware of their risk exposures. It is my goal to help my clients understand what insurance policies make sense for them so that I can provide them with cost competitive pricing without sacrificing coverage. I have been blessed by GOD to have lived in the DFW area for twenty-five years with my wife, Frances, and our three children, Alexandria, Lisandra, and Christian. We also have 6 grandchildren. I was also blessed by GOD to serve in the US ARMY for over 6 years. In my free time, you can find me traveling with my wife and kids or volunteering at marriage and young adult’s ministry. I enjoy giving back to the community.
I grew up in Texas and New Jersey before making my way to Nashville where I received my bachelor’s in business administration from Belmont University. Service has always been at the core of any job I’ve worked in, so my goal is to always make my clients feel comfortable and provide them with the info and tools to ensure they feel confident with their purchase. I now have just over 2 years of experience in the insurance industry and am looking forward to seeing our team grow!
Since I originally set out to work in the entertainment industry, my spare time is spent at movies, concerts, or hunting down a new favorite spot to take family and friends to.
Tony Luiken has over 15 years of experience from both the public and private sectors. He has worked in logistics development in air cargo and fuel transportation as a data analyst. He has had the privilege of serving in the Army on a WMD response team, which provided him with skills to evaluate hazards and risk. He earned an MBA from Cedarville University in 2020 and bachelor's from Texas A&M in 2010. His desire is to use his background and skill set to support businesses as a trusted partner. He seeks to build the Kingdom through genuine relationships and serving people unconditionally.
After graduating from High School in a small town in Wyoming Alex had many physical labor/construction jobs. He did work as a concrete finisher, an erosion control technician and even spent a year as a landscaper installing pools in Australia. Eventually, he worked at a family-owned glass shop in Gillette Wyoming. After a few years he ventured down to Denver Colorado in search of new experiences and opportunities. He spent time installing windows, showers, and doors in everything from apartments to suites in the Denver Financial Center. His glazing career took him from Denver to Amarillo, Texas and even Boise, Idaho. After nearly 20 years of construction including 10 years as a glazier, he decided his talents would be better used supporting the industries that build this nation's homes and institutions. Since then, he’s used his inside knowledge of the construction industry to help bridge the gap between builders and insurers. It’s his goal to help all parties better understand one another leading to more positive and fruitful relationships.
